Returns
We offer returns on goods for up to 30 days. Please send us an email stating your order number and reason for return to begin the process. After this time we are unable to accept returns.
Please note customers will be responsible for return postage.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition, you received it along with the original packaging.
Non-returnable items:
* Gift cards
* Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you of the status of the refund as it is processed.
Once approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method. The time for receiving refunds will vary, depending on the method of original payment or banking institution.
Sale items
Only full-priced items are refundable and we are unable to accept exchanges or refunds on sale items.
Exchanges
We can replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at info@houseofrolfe.com.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. When the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
Shipping
Customers will be responsible for return shipping which are non-refundable.
Depending on location, the time to receive your exchanged product may vary and you will be provided with an updated tracking number once it is processed.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance upon returning any items.
